With a plaque having the movie’s logo at the bottom of the base, Iron Studios proudly presents its new statue “Marty and Doc at the Clock Deluxe Art Scale 1/10 – Back to the Future III”. The protagonists of “Back to the Future” are right in front of it, standing on a base with elements and machinery that resemble an old locomotive, another striking machine, and presented in the third film of the saga. The big time meter, the famous clock with Roman numerals, is supported by a rustic wooden box. The young Marty McFly and his best friend, Doctor Emmett “Doc” Brown, formally dressed in 19th-century attire, pose for a photo during the Grand Clock Tower Opening Party in Hill Valley in 1885. Understandably, Fox (nowadays no stranger to health scares) walked away from this a changed man.Iron Studios wastes no time and presents a new Back to the Future statue! They didn't realize he was in real danger until the last second, adding a whole other layer to this nightmare. Everyone observing his "performance" thought nothing of his flailing and coughing, assuming he was just acting.

Still, there is more to be said for Fox's indescribable fear in this case.

Anyone facing a near-death experience like that - especially in such a brutal method as hanging - would be right to panic. Thankfully, he was revived and continued the shoot, but the entire scenario is terrifying. Once cameras rolled, however, the knot tightened dangerously tight, nearly killing him. After several takes, as Fox explains in Lucky Man, "I swung unconscious at the end of the rope for several seconds before Bob Zemeckis, fan of me though he was, realized even I wasn't that good of an actor." The rehearsals went smoothly, with Fox maintaining space between the rope and his windpipe to breathe.
